IBS Coding Services

The IBS Coding Staff Specializes in Part B Medical Coding for Physician Practices and Hospitals

Coding Services Provided for Physician Practice

  • Temporary Coding to cover vacations, employee turnover or medical leave.
  • Full time coding for new or smaller practices to minimize the overhead cost of an in-house coder. Each practice is assigned a CPC certified coder who will act as an integral team member for your office. Having this level of expertise available to you is a decided advantage.
  • RVU Calculation based on CPT codes used

Coding Services Provided for Hospitals

Hospitals are purchasing physician practices in record numbers. Hospital coders are experts at coding the Part A, or facility side of a claim but are often at a loss to accurately code the part B or, professional side. This disparity creates the possibility for missed codes, missed revenues and the eventuality of failed audits.

  • Medical Coding all disciplines
  • Surgical Coding
  • Procedural Coding
  • Evaluation and Management Coding
  • RVU Calculation based on CPT codes used

The Key to our Coding Success

Our Coding experts are CPC certified. They are dedicated to coding your charts with precision while adhering to a 48 hour or less turnaround time. Before a coding worksheet is sent to the client all codes are put through a correct coding initiative bundler for a final edit check. Our coders are internally audited by a certified auditor every 6 months and must maintain a 95% accuracy rate.
