Incorporated in 1989, Intelligent Business Solutions, Inc. (IBS) began as a highly innovative software development company. By 1991 we began to apply this knowledge base towards creating a useable, comprehensive suite of tools specifically designed to allow our health care clients to achieve their highest level of success in patient care while maintaining a practical business standard for revenue retention.

We are headquartered in Winston-Salem, NC and we service a nationwide client base.

Dr. David Malave and I worked together at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. We decided to go into private practice together after our retirement from the US Army in 2006. A private practice start up offers many unique challenges for a physician.
